01Who May Use the Service

You must meet the minimum age required for online entertainment services in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority, you may use ReelPop only with a parent or legal guardian’s permission and oversight.

02Accounts and Credentials

Certain features may require guest access or sign-in via Apple, Google, or another supported method. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

03Closing Your Account

You can ask to close your ReelPop account through the in-app deletion flow when available, or by emailing ReelPopDrama@outlook.com. We may verify that the requester is the account holder before acting.

After deletion is completed, access will be disabled or removed, and personal data linked to the account will be deleted or anonymized except where retention remains reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, purchase verification, refund, dispute, or platform-compliance reasons.

Closing a ReelPop account does not cancel an active App Store subscription. To avoid further renewals, cancel in your Apple account settings before the next billing date. Deletion may also remove or hide history, rewards, Coins, Bonus, favorites, and membership displays in the app, subject to applicable law and store rules.

04Content and Features

ReelPop offers short-drama videos and related entertainment tools. Titles, episodes, translations, pricing, membership perks, and reward rules may change over time. We may add, withdraw, update, or limit content for licensing, operations, legal, or product reasons.

05License Grant

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ReelPop for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. Ownership of the app, videos, designs, text, images, brands, software, or other materials is not transferred to you.

06Coins, Bonus, and Other Virtual Items

• Coins, Bonus, rewards, coupons, membership benefits, and similar items are digital rights usable only inside ReelPop.
• Virtual items have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be moved outside the app unless we expressly permit it.
• Bonus or promotional credits may expire, face usage or inventory caps, or follow other rules shown in the product.
• We may adjust, freeze, or revoke virtual items upon fraud, chargebacks, abuse, technical faults, or breaches of these Terms.

07Paid Content and Memberships

ReelPop may sell Coins, paid episodes, and membership plans. App Store payments are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms and your Apple ID settings.

• Price, included benefits, and renewal cycles are shown before you buy and may differ by region or promotion.
• Memberships may auto-renew unless you cancel in your App Store account before the current period ends.
• Refunds for App Store purchases are decided by Apple under Apple’s policies.
• If credit is delayed or interrupted, try relaunching the app or contacting technical support.

08Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Copy, record, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly show ReelPop content without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or circumvent any part of the service or its security.
• Use cheats, bots, scripts, fake accounts, fraudulent payments, refund abuse, or similar means to obtain unfair advantages.
• Submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, obscene, or harmful material through feedback or support channels.
• Use ReelPop in violation of law, third-party rights, platform rules, or these Terms.

09Feedback and Notices

Feedback, bug reports, suggestions, or other messages you send may be used to improve ReelPop without compensation. We may contact you regarding service issues, support tickets, account matters, purchases, updates, or legal notices.

10Intellectual Property

ReelPop—including the app, UI, logos, artwork, software, videos, text, recommendations, and related materials—is protected by IP and other laws. Brand assets and content may be used only as allowed by these Terms or with our written consent.

11Third-Party Components

ReelPop may depend on third parties for payments, login, analytics, ad attribution, hosting, push delivery, and video streaming. Those features may also be governed by the third parties’ own terms and policies.

12Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or end access, reclaim improperly obtained entitlements, or limit features if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, endangered the service, engaged in fraud or abuse, or if law or platform rules require it.

13Disclaimer of Warranties

ReelPop is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or globally available service. Content, pricing, recommendations, rewards, and features may change without advance notice where the law allows.

14Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReelPop and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of—or inability to use—the service.

15Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you—such as revising the effective date or posting an in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
